Inzu Lodge : glamping à Gisenyi

Le Rwanda est une destination chère , du moins, c’est sa réputation . Mais c’est une réputation pas totalement exacte et Inzu Lodge en est une parfaite illustration. Situé a Gisenyi, ce lodge glamping vous offre une vue à couper le souffle, des chambres confortables et un bon resto! Le tout pour des prix défiants toute concurrence.

Situé en hauteur par rapport au lac, le lodge a été construit à flanc de collines. Ici, des tentes améliorées vous attendent. Chacune d’elles peut heberger une a quatre personnes et vous offre des lits dignes, voir meilleurs, qu’a l’hotel. Chaque chambre a l’électricité mais aussi une jolie terrasse. Les sanitaires sont partagés mais rassurez vous , il y en a plusieurs et on ne fait pas la file.

Karenge Bush Camp : glamping à l’Akagera

En Kinyarwanda, le mot Karenge signifie petites empreintes et c’est tout le concept de cet éco-lodge éphémère qui s’installe au milieu de la savane deux fois par an pour quelques semaines : ne laisser aucune trace lorsqu’il sera démonté et donc ne pas impacter l’environnement merveilleux où il est installé temporairement . Situé au nord du parc de l’Akagera, le Karenge Bush camp vous offre l’opporunité de camper dans un certain confort tout en étant au beau milieu du bush. C’est une expérience merveilleuse et unique.

Nairobi is definitely a food spot. This city is a mix of different cultures and you can feel it in the food scene . I didn’t have the opportunity to try a lot during my 48H-stay but these 3 places really worth a visit! 

The Tin roof café

There is so much things to say about this little place in the suburb of Nairobi. The old fashioned atmosphere is lovely. Metal chairs with floral cushions, comfy couch, old pictures framed on the wall, everything is inviting.

Boho Eatery

Located in the very residential area of Karen, Boho Eatery will offer you a lovely and serene space for breakfast, brunch or lunch. The place was well recommended and was totally worth the trip. Beautiful setting in a big and luxurious garden, with a lovely patio. You totally understand the name when you arrive there : a lovely bohemian atmosphere is the best way to describe the place.
